Premium Subscription Terms

These Premium Subscription Terms ("Terms") apply when you purchase or use Summa Premium in the Summa Calculator app. By starting a free trial or subscribing, you agree to these Terms in addition to Google Play's terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Plans & pricing

Summa Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The price you pay is the one Google Play shows at checkout (it can vary by country):

• Monthly — only $3.99/month, billed every month.
• Yearly — only $39.99/year, billed once per year (best value).

Display prices in the app are a guide until Google Play confirms the final localized price.

2. Free trial

All Premium plans include a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, unless Google Play or your account indicates otherwise.

• During the trial you have access to Premium features at no charge.
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan and Google Play charges the selected plan price.
• One trial per Google account per offer, as determined by Google Play.

3. Payment & billing

All purchases are processed 100% securely through the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Manage, pause, or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Restore purchases on a new device using the same Google account via the app’s Restore option.

4. Premium features

Premium is the full Summa experience:

• Ad-free
• Voice input calculations
• Unlimited history
• History search, export, and saved setups
• And more

We may add or refine Premium features over time. Everyday calculator tools stay available on the free plan unless the app says otherwise.

5. Activation & availability

Premium features are usually activated immediately after Google Play confirms your purchase or trial. In some cases activation may be delayed by a few minutes due to network or Play billing sync.

• If Premium does not appear right away, restart the app or tap Restore.
• Premium is tied to your Google Play account and the app package; it is not transferable outside Google’s restore rules.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.

Important: If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid billing period (or until the trial ends if cancelled during trial).

7. Refunds

Refunds are not possible under any circumstances through SmartTools once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or granted solely at Google’s discretion through Google Play’s refund process.

For billing disputes, contact Google Play support. We cannot override Play Store payment decisions.

8. Changes to Premium

We may update plan prices, trial length, or included features. Changes apply to new purchases and renewals as communicated in the app or on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
